The Elements: Custom Kids Experience

Leaves have dropped, days are shortening and temps are cooling. Winter is in the air and your kids need to be out there too!  Elements activities and  ideas abound and we will ensure that our time in the woods is fun, active and enriching:

• Hikes and exploring 

• Let’s Channel our inner Andy Goldsworthy

• Whittling 

• Meadow Games and Stream Time

• Let’s Get Lost: instincts, maps, compass and smarts 

• Basics: Bear Bagging, Shelter Building, Tarps 101, Fire lighting and Marshmallow Roasting. . .

• Shinrin Yoku/Forest Bathing; aka quiet time

• Your custom groups of friends:

  • 4 kids min/5 kids max per group

  • One parent ‘organizer’ registers for the session. Ready now? If so - click on yellow button on upper right corner of home page.

  • Once that session is booked, the organizer will receive an email from Margaret with a custom registration code for the organizer to pass along to the other parents of the kids in your pod so that they can register.

  • Got a Sibling Pod that you also want to register at same time and day? Please go ahead and register sibling. That will put him/her on the waitlist but then we will know that you want two Pods for that session. If we can schedule one of our counselors, we will send along the registration code so that your Pods can register for both sections.

  • We will send all registered participants in your group an email with all the logistics details a few days before the session.

• Two Hour sessions (yes it will be dark at end of session and we ask that each kiddo have a headlamp)
