We believe in getting outside every day because we know (and research confirms) that active time in nature is good for us and our kids.

We also believe in being active every day. A little bit every day does the body good — and it's fun! It improves our moods, helps us sleep better, and helps our kids (and us!) focus when it is time to focus.
