AFTER-SCHOOL: Are your kiddos restless after a day of ‘school’ and screen time? Whether ‘remote’, hybrid’ or ‘in-person’, we know that KIDS need to MOVE and BE with pals. At Elements After-School, we will have 75 action packed minutes to explore and have fun; stream time, meadow games, fort building, expeditions and more!

• Small Groups of KIDS in grades K through 5th

  • approximately 5 kids per group with one Elements counselor

    • Parents will be able to list a group of their child’s pals and we will make every effort to place kids from designated lists together. Ideally our Small Groups will be age equitable and school or neighborhood pods.

  • Kids will stay with their designated group for each of their sessions during the 4 week season.

  • In an effort manage overall numbers, we will aim to cap our sessions at 5 to 6 Small Groups/ Elements Crew and one Site Leader per day. If necessary, we will stagger arrivals and departures to minimize larger groups at trail-heads.

  • Whitehaven Park drop off location in Burleith/Glover Park neighborhood

• Four week ‘season’

  • Season One: weeks of Sept 21, Sept 28, Oct 5th, Oct 19th (no sessions week of Oct 12)

  • Season #Two: weeks of Oct 26, Nov 2nd, Nov 9th, Nov 16
